Terms:
All users of Dragon Technologies (www.dragontechs.com) agree to be governed by the policies set forth herein.

Spam Policy:
NO Tolerance! Including but not limited to. Abusive language Hacking, Cracking, Phreaking or other such methods.

Services:
Users seek to utilize our services for his or her own purposes. The user acknowledges that the internet is neither owned nor controlled by any one entity, therefore, Dragon Technologies can make no guarantee that any given user shall be able to access our services at any given time. The user acknowledges they may receive emails from Dragon Technologies as correspondence regarding services, updates, billing and site changes. Therefore, in consideration of the promises contained herein, the user agrees as follows.

Financial Agreement:
User agrees to the terms, conditions contained herein and the terms and conditions in any contract or letter of intent and of the payment processor (if any) for Dragon Technologies.

TAXES:
Dragon Technologies shall not be liable for any taxes or other fees to be paid in accordance with or related to purchases made by the user from Dragon Technologies services. User agrees to take full responsibility for all taxes and fees of any nature associated with such products sold.

MATERIAL PRODUCED:
Dragon Technologies will provide you with material and data in a condition that is "user-ready", which is in a form requiring no additional manipulation on the part of the company or its affiliates. The company shall make every effort to validate this information for content, correctness and or usability.

TRADEMARKS & COPYRIGHTS:
Dragon Technologies warrants that it has the right to use the applicable trademarks, if any.

INTERNET ETIQUETTE:
The network resources of Dragon Technologies company may not be used to impersonate another person or misrepresent authorization to act on behalf of others or Dragon Technologies staff. All messages transmitted via Email should correctly identify the sender, users may not alter the attribution of origin in electronic mail messages. Users must not attempt to undermine the security or integrity of computing systems or networks and must not attempt to gain unauthorized access.

TERMINATION:
User agrees to the terms and conditions policy of Dragon Technologies And the terms and conditions policy of the payment processor (if any). failure to adhere to either policy will be grounds for termination without refund.

LIMITED LIABILITY:
User expressly agrees that the use of any Dragon Technologies service is at users sole risk. Neither Dragon Technologies, its employees, affiliates, agents, third party information providers, merchants licensers or the like, warrant that Dragon Technologies service will not be interrupted or error free, nor do they make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of the service or as to the accuracy, reliability or content of any information service or merchandise contained in or provided through the Dragon Technologies service, unless otherwise expressly stated in this contract. Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall Dragon Technologies, its offices, agents or any one else involved in creating, producing or distributing Dragon Technologies service be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the use of or inability to use the Dragon Technologies service, or that results from mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion of files, errors, defects, delays in operation, or transmission or any failure of performance, whether or not limited to acts of nature, communication failure, theft, destruction or unauthorized access to Dragon Technologies records, programs or services. User hereby acknowledges that this paragraph shall apply to all content on Dragon Technologies website and services. Notwithstanding the above, Users exclusive remedies for all damages, losses and causes of actions whether in contract, tort including negligence or otherwise, shall not exceed the aggregate amount which user paid (if any) during the term of this or any contract and any reasonable legal fee and court costs.

LAWFUL PURPOSE:
User may only use Dragon Technologies Services for lawful purpose. Transmission of any material in violation of any Country, Federal, State or Local regulation is prohibited. To this effect any information on Dragon Technologies for the purpose of illegal distribution or infringement. User agrees to not advocate, sell or in any way make available tools or methods to send unsolicited e-mail, e-mail addresses or postings (spam), or to use Dragon Technologies Servers for relaying unsolicited e-mail, e-mail addresses or postings, or to use unsolicited e-mail, e-mail addresses or postings to advertise for any web site or Dragon Technologies. Any complaint we receive about a violation of this or the preceding two points will be taken very seriously and will result in immediate action against the offender.

INDEMNIFICATION:
User agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold Dragon Technologies harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorneys' fees, ("Liabilities") asserted against Dragon Technologies, its agents, its customers, servants and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed. User agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Dragon Technologies against Liabilities arising out of any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with Dragon Technologies Website. Revisions will be considered agreed to by the user on renewal of service as specified in Section - Financial Agreements assigned by the provider.

TRANSFER:
User may not transfer any account, in any way, by means of giving out user ID, Password or any other means of transfer.

CONTRACT:
